We are delighted to announce an upcoming event of great significance within the INTOSAI framework: “Building Effective, Accountable, and Transparent Institutions for the Public Good.” This event will take place from 16 to 20 September 2024, in Bucharest, Romania. The meetings of IDC (INTOSAI-Development Cooperation), PFAC (INTOSAI Policy, Finance and Administration Committee), IFAC/MOSAIC and the IRCP (INTOSAI Regional Coordination Platform (arranged by the CBC and IDI will be hosted by the Romanian Court of Accounts. 

This week-long event promises to be both intensive and rewarding, offering ample opportunities for face-to-face interactions and in-depth discussions on building effective, accountable, and transparent institutions.

This event holds special significance as it coincides with the 160th anniversary of the Romanian Court of Accounts. To mark this milestone, there will be a special celebration on 18 September 2024. The celebration will feature the participation of high-level representatives from the Romanian Parliament and Government.
