AFROSAI-E and Global Fund
The objective of this project is to increase managerial capacity of the OIG’s Lead Auditors to perform increased responsibilities. Over the past 13 years AFROSAI-E developed several leadership courses, with the primary objective to capacitate leaders in our member SAIs. In the modern era leadership expectations and styles are evolving continuously and the model developed by AFROSAI-E aims to expand the capacity of people to become leaders that inspire, influence, motivate, recognise and guide others to achieve and sustain excellence.
