ASKEL leadership programme for experts
NAOF’s internal ASKEL programme is a leadership-training programmefor experts aiming at enhancing their leadership skills and working in the leadership positions in the future.
The main goal of this programme is to develop managerial / leadership skills and getting practical experience in this field. In addition to leadership skills, the programme also supports the development of the participant’s self leadership skills. During the 18-month programme, the participants accumulate their experience in managerial roles, train their leadership skills in external leadership training or degree, and get support and coaching. The participants (usually four per year) for the programme are selected based on their applications.
