Burkina Faso: Assistance technique à la Cour des Comptes
This operation aims to support the government of Burkina Faso in its efforts to ensure good financial governance through strengthening external control in the management of public finances. This responsibility rests on the Court of Accounts of Burkina Faso, who has been responsible for external control of public finances since its creation in 2002.
This operation will secure the support of the Court as part of a joint funding agreement with five technical and financial partners. It also will help promote the principles of the Paris Declaration, in particular the harmonization of political dialogue within the group of donors. In addition, this operation aims to use and strengthen country systems.
