The External Control Modernization Program States PROMOEX includes the following componentes: 1) Development of inter-institutional networks between the government powers and public agencies (Union, States, Federal District and Municipalities) and society; 2) Redesign of the methodology, techniques and external control procedures, including the results evaluation; 3) Strengthening of the strategic planning and the Courts’ management systems; 4) Design and implementation of an information technology management policy; and 5) Adaptation of a human resource management policy.
