Programme and support of decentralisation and reform of public finance
Implementing partners in the field of public finances are the Ministry of Finance with its Directorates-General for Taxation, Budget Planning and Public Accounting (Treasury) and the national EITI Secretariat. On a selective basis, the project cooperates with the Court of Auditors, the Finance Commission of the National Assembly and institutions for internal control in the Ministry of Finance.
