The cooperation between PASAI and Swedish NAO is a peer to peer cooperation aiming at enhanced HR capacity and capabily in the region. The cooperation has four components
- Support to develop and operationalise HR Strategies at member SAIs
- Update and additions to PASAI HR Handbook
- Planning, Designing and implementing a Champions HR Programme with 8 SAIs
- Region to region experience sharing – connecting the PASAI secretariat with peers
The medium outcome is to get compliance with SAI PMF for dimensions HR and Training & Development
