Strengthening the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) (organizational consulting, training on the Open Contracting Data Standard, etc.), supporting the Office of the Ombudsman (CAJ) in the management of complaints, especially with regard to the differentiated coverage and inclusion of marginalized groups; supporting organized civil society in the submission of petitions and the dissemination of information on mechanisms of spending public finances.
