The Global Fund- AFROSAIE: Support of the African Organization of English-speaking Supreme Audit Institutions Capacity Building of Supreme Audit Institutions
Strengthening the capacity of the SAIs is one of the key pillars of Global Fund’s public financial management (PFM) agenda with the aim of utilizing their services in the audit of grant financial statements, and other related services.
Amongst other interventions to meet the objective of strengthening the SAIs, the Global Fund has entered into an MOU with AFROSAI-E and Gavi, for the implementation of this agenda in the member countries of AFROSAI-E. The MOU aims at leveraging the unique strength of AFROSAI-E relationship with the target SAIs in achieving the desired objectives.
