Assessment of the level of development of PFM Systems, of the Cours Superieur des Compte in Haiti. (TC-FMP)
To analyze present status of the Cours Superieur des Comptes, to discuss actual needs, possible future Bank strengthening interventions and an eventual update of the evaluation conducted in 2011; and to discuss with eligible audit firms and the Ordre des Comptables Professionels Agrees d’Haiti (OCPAH) the status of the audit profession in Haiti, next steps for its strengthening, and possible avenues of collaboration between public and private sector.
