Constituency Programme 2021

The Constituency Programme – funded by the Ministry of Finance – is designed to assist Ministries of Finance and related organisations in the Constituency group countries to raise awareness and adopt European and international standards in the field of transparent and sound public finances. The constituency countries are countries that are part of the Dutch constituencies at the IMF, the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). These countries do not have voting rights separately, but have associated themselves and are represented by, among others, the Netherlands in these institutions.
In 2021, the constituency programme of the Netherlands Court of Audit supported the SAIs of Bulgaria, Georgia and Moldova. Bulgaria was supported in the field of quality assurance. With Georgia we exchanged on the budget execution process; on quality assurance and on strategic programming. Moldova was supported in the field of performance audits.
