Constituency Programme 2024

Regional program component “Improving audit impact through stakeholder engagement” with the following countries: (1) Bosnia and Herzegovina (2) Bulgaria (3) Georgia, (4) Moldova, (5) North Macedonia, (6) Romania and (7) Ukraine.
By sharing experiences and learning from best practices, we contribute to the making audits more relevant to stakeholders, with the ultimate goal to improve the impact of audits.

Romania: Continuing and building on the bilateral cooperation with Romania, with a focus on:

• Quality assurance and control
• Communication and stakeholder relationship management
• Integrity

Moldova: Focus on Integrity and exploring potential further bilateral collaboration.

North-Macedonia: Focus on Investigations, which are rapid and responsive audits without conclusions and recommendations, aimed at enhancing the impact of the work of Supreme Audit Institutions by providing facts in topical public debate. In addition, we will explore potential further bilateral collaboration with North Macedonia, based on needs, absorption capacity at the SAI North-Macedonia and provider capacity at NCA.
