Institutional Development Cooperation between the Swedish National Audit Office and the Office of the Auditor General of Uganda: ”Enhancing Quality of Audits and Communication (QAC)”
The Swedish National Audit Office (Swedish NAO) and the Office of the Auditor General of Uganda (OAG Uganda) have been cooperating since 2013. Phase I of the cooperation (2013 – 2016) was evaluated in 2017. The same year, the partners agreed to launch phase II of the bilateral cooperation, “Enhancing Quality and Communication”, the duration of which is 1 April 2017 – 31 of December 2020. Phase II covers support to the OAG Uganda in the fields of:
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAC);
- Value for Money Audit (VFM);
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement (Communication)
