Long term strategic cooperation between SNAO-AFROSAI-E 2020-2024

SNAO and AFROSAI-E has a long-term development cooperation. During 2020-2024 SNAO will continue to support AFROSAI-E:s institutional capacity development. The overall objective of the cooperation is that AFROSAI-E has increased their capacity to support its members to fulfill their mandate as independent SAI:s, thereby prompting efficient use of resources, accountability, transparency and good governance in AFROSAI-E region, in order to make a difference in the life of citizens

In order to reach this objective SNAO support AFROSAI-E: implementation of their Strategic Plan 2020-2024, and thereby contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals:

Professionalize public sector accountancy

Empower SAIs for greater audit impact and quality

Transform SAIs’ organizational capabilities for greater impact

Lead by example and deliver on our mandate
