Multiannual Indicative Programme Bhutan
The Commission has adopted the Multiannual Indicative Programme Bhutan for the period 2014-2020, point 1.2 of which provides for the following priorities: fiscal
decentralization and capacity development for local governments as well as public finance management reform (sector 1) and support to sustainaible agriculture and
forestry (sector 2). The Royal Audit Authority, the Accounting and Auditing Standards Board, and the Parliament, in particular the public account committee, are
additional stakeholders of PFM reform in Bhutan.
