Public Financial Management in the South Caucasus
New phase within the regional program “Public Financial Management” in South Caucasus, which supports public financial management in Georgia and Armenia. Besides the Chamber of Control the project cooperates with the Ministry of Finance on internal control, program budgeting, taxation, and the Budget Committee of Parliament. Topics covered by the support include performance audit, audit of local level, improving quality of reporting, relationships with Parliament, M&E, quality control.
