Supporting the municipalities in implementing the recommendations of external audits.
– Advising on the design and implementation of compliance audits for 21 municipalities in accordance with international standards for supreme audit institutions (International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions, ISSAI).
– Supporting the municipalities in the preparation and implementation of action plans to improve their financial management, in particular budget and expenditure management.
