Trainee programme for Young Professionals – Visio

In its Young professionals program, NAOF recruits young, academically educated employees, who have recently graduated and are in the beginning of their careers, and who are interested in career in the public administration. The objective of the programme is to receive fresh knowledge and perspectives to the development of the activities, and auditing work in the NAOF. The Young Professionals participate in varied expert tasks throughout the organization, as well asin various development projects. Along with working experience, the Young Professionals’ professional development is supported by different professional trainings, coaching and mentoring.
